Account Security and Passwords

All payment methods used must be registered in your name. win191 does not accept third-party funding.

Withdrawals are processed only to a method previously used for funding unless an alternative is specifically approved through the verification process.
Processing times vary by payment provider. win191 does not control external processing delays once a transaction has been submitted.

Deposits that cannot be matched to a known payment method in your name will be flagged for review before being credited to your account.

Wagering Rules and Market Settlement

A wager is final once confirmed on the platform. win191 does not accept cancellations after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the displayed market rules.

No Automated Tools

The use of bots, scripts, automated browsers, or any non-human means of accessing win191 — whether for wagering, data collection, or account management — is strictly prohibited.

No Bonus Abuse

Registering multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or employing any strategy designed specifically to exploit promotional offers rather than participate in normal gameplay constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of all related funds.

Geographic Restrictions

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.
In the event of a technical error affecting wagering — such as an incorrect odds display or a settlement calculation fault — win191 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
Players who identify what they believe is a system error must not exploit it. Exploit of a known error is a restricted activity under Section 6 and may result in account suspension.
Wagers placed during connectivity interruptions may not be processed. Always confirm receipt of a wager through the account transaction history before assuming it has been accepted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, win191's liability to any player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the dispute or claim arises. win191 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of expected winnings, loss of income, emotional distress, or any other damage not directly caused by a verified platform error.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits win191's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

Suspension and Termination

win191 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds include but are not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required verification, non-compliance with responsible gaming interventions, or receipt of a regulatory direction to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is held until the investigation concludes.
Where an account is terminated for a verified breach of these terms, win191 reserves the right to retain the balance to offset any losses caused by the breach.
Players may close their own win191 account voluntarily by contacting support. Any settled balance will be returned via the registered payment method after standard verification.
Self-exclusion requests are processed permanently or for a defined period. During a self-exclusion period, win191 will not accept deposits or wagers from the excluded account.

Governing Law and Disputes
